Behavioral Transformations has an in-house billing team that strives to advocate for all of our families. We are happy to verify benefits for you with your primary and secondary insurance policies (if applicable). Insurance can be tricky; however, we encourage you to also reach out to verify eligibility.
Common questions for insurance providers:
- Does our policy include ABA, Speech and/or Counseling coverage?
- Are there any ABA, Speech and/or Counseling providers in network near me?
- What benefits does our policy include? Are we subject to a deductible or a copay? Is there an individual out of pocket limit or a family out of pocket limit?
- What are the benefit accumulations? (For the Deductible/Individual Out of Pocket/ Family Out of Pocket)
- Is there a yearly cap on how much therapy we can receive?
- Does my policy require a referral or preauthorization to begin?

Insurance Verification
Once our team has verified your benefits, we will contact you to schedule a time for you to meet with us. During that initial meeting we will go over your benefits with you, show you our facilities along with explaining our processes. Please bring in a copy of your child’s diagnostic evaluation and referral for services. Once all of the documentation has been received, we will begin the preauthorization process with your insurance. We submit all preauthorization request and most referrals directly to your provider.

We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards as forms of payment for services. *We are not currently accepting Medicaid.

Late/Cancellation Policy
A fee may be assessed if a client is excessively absent or consistently arrives 15 minutes late to their scheduled session.
